    Hineni leaders

    will have both the
    desire and the skills to serve on boards and take
    leadership roles in local Federations, in major national
    Jewish organizations, on synagogue boards, in Israel
    advocacy programs, social activist spaces, the arts,
    museums, and educational institutions.

    skills and wisdom to navigate in heteronormative
    spaces, as well as the confidence and knowledge to
    assume roles in either established legacy
    organizations or Jewish start-ups.

    express themselves in public settings and social
